The glasses I bought from a different store fell apart so I was in a state of emergency to get repaired and Kerry Will was there to save my life!. My brand new glasses where repaired and cleaned free of hassle as I wasn’t a client and was shown kindness and warmth and will definitely be back to purchase my upcoming update for my sunglasses.

I ha e been to kerry will for many years, the staff there are so very helpful. Highly recommended.
Went there some years ago and got some frames and lenses. The lenses were terrible - the lense coating was crazing but not visible straight away. In certain light the lenses would cause your vision to blur. The lenses were replaced and same thing. Ended up getting a refund after insisting this was an issue with the brand of lense they were providing. Particular staff were very rude at this point.
