We had a chat with the agent and test drove the car we wanted.
Sales people are very helpful, but management is horrible ,drove a certified toyota tacoma and the left front caliber or brake was making a loud noise ,plus the the tires wasn't worth crap on it , The manager said afew hundred bucks would fix and price was firm,so I left ,would not recommend buy a vehicle at kerry.
The staff was very friendly but I believe they were trying to do the bait and switch with this truck. I contacted them within minutes of it hitting the internet and got the typical "its already sold" speech but of course they had a different vehicle meeting my wants and needs but at a much more hefty price tag. There is no way that a running/driving 2014 diesel truck will sell for $9,950. Hi Jerry and thank you for the feedback. The vehicle description on the 2014 truck was that it needed engine work. We completed an inspection of the vehicle and found several items wrong with it and decided to send it to auction. The vehicle was sold at auction because we felt it was not in our best interest to sell this vehicle. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
