Very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you need to buy a car they will jump on you but for any finance inquiries or consultation seems like finance is never available. I al trying to buy out my leased car. I have a loan approved by a different institution. It had been impossible to find one finance person to talk to me. If I go they keep me waiting for hours. No answer to calls or emails. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Once I get to fix this issue I am not going back there again!
They need to give better customer service!
Terrible place to purchase a vehicle at! Never ever go to CJ! He’s the worst salesman, disgusting attitude and not at all helpful!
