We always arrive about 15-30 minutes ahead of time to Ck in which we did. We were told we did not have an appt and that Dr. Riker was not in yesterday. So the nurse came out and explained same. I said our appt was an annual scheduled last year . I checked my calendar when I got home and saw we were correct so there was a mix up somewhere which can happen to anybody. We love St Joseph’s. The computers are down. Since my husband sees a dr in FL and one T VA I am not concerned. Just responding to a request .
