Have been going to kerry nails since they opened. I had mostly good experiences. When I made an appointment it was never honored. I would get there and the person I requested would be unavailable. The owner of the salon can hardly bother to say hello or thank you!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went in on Monday for a gel full set and paid $75. The tech (a man) did my nails so thin and flimsy that by Wednesday two of them had already broken. I went back to have them fixed, and they put me right back with the same person. I explained how poorly the set was done and how I knew the rest would break too. Charged me 40 for a regular pedicure and then expected a tip. Charged me extra 5 to remove previous polish because it was gel and I opted for regular polish because they were over charging. The the paint is thin the foundation coat is streaky. Cant even say you get what you pay for because it was overpriced !Don’t bother go somewhere else.
