I actually love the work that they do here surprisingly expensive!! So when I got to the shop, it had just opened up. It was only a few customers in the salon. A technician helped me. I explained to That I visit a previous nail salon and got a bad set. I just wanted a refill. Have been going to kerry nails since they opened. I had mostly good experiences. When I made an appointment it was never honored. I would get there and the person I requested would be unavailable. The owner of the salon can hardly bother to say hello or thank you!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went in on Monday for a gel full set and paid $75. The tech (a man) did my nails so thin and flimsy that by Wednesday two of them had already broken. I went back to have them fixed, and they put me right back with the same person. I explained how poorly the set was done and how I knew the rest would break too. Instead of admitting fault, he suggested a refill—without telling me there’d be an additional charge to “fix” his mistake. At the end, I was slapped with a $55 bill, on ... read more
