I was born and raised in the Southeast Texas area (Beaumont, TX to be exact). I graduated high school in 1994 where I then attended Texas A&M University. It is here that I met my now wife, Gail Moncla, in 1996. After receiving my Bachelor's Degree in 1998 and Master's Degree in 2001 from Texas A&M, I moved to several locations including Huntsville, Alabama and Houston, TX for work. Kerry is wonderful. He worked extremely hard to make sure I knew and understood the process of buying a commercial building. We had a particularly long negotiation with the seller (almost 6 months of back and forth), and Kerry was extremely patient throughout this ordeal, even when I was getting frustrated. U mean to tell me in all the years i lease property and pick up my keys when i made the first deposit was a crime. I wonder if you follow the rules on everything or pick and choose when to follow the rules. I stay in Houston work at the Post Office and by the time i get off work your office is close. But before i paid the deposit you went out the way to help. But as soon as the deposit was paid the everything change. Its all good in hope you and Arnold have fun with the money.
