Cromwell is fantastic. But her staff drops the number down. I've been asking for almost 2 weeks now for my Dexcom 7 I'm a diabetic. All they have to do is send a pre-authorization to my insurance company. They can't seem to do that. When they do they asked for the wrong one. So the insurance is asking them to send for the right one to correct their mistake. It's been going on two weeks my sensor I had to get an emergency one is ready to expire in 2 days.
