Brandi and the entire Kerry collision team worked really hard at getting my Jaguar fixed and back in the road. They handled the hiccups that were out of their control very professionally and kept me in the loop the entire time. I would recommend them every time!
Had an issue with the factory paint peeling and the paint shop fixed the problem. The Sonata looks great and I am very pleased with the work.
I was pretty happy with this place until I had an issue and brought it up to management. I had two clear conversations with the advisor about what I wanted. When I learned that what I requested didn’t happen, I was told she didn’t remember the conversation at all. This was after she acknowledged my request during the last phone call.
