I have a 2017 Chevy Cruz that I have religiously ensured routine maintenance service with only Chevrolet dealerships. I consistently brought my business to Kerry Chevrolet in Alexandria, KY. I recently had an issue with my car and took it in to them for a diagnostic review. I went to Kerry Hyundai in Alexandria Ky to trade in my 2020 Jeep renegade. Before I showed up at the dealership I hate numerous conversations over the text with the sales staff about monthly payment on the the new car and the trade in. In 2012 I bought a brand new Camaro. I love it. My husband have always loved Chevys and have 3 of them, not all Camaros. I was happy with the service until yesterday. I was totally discriminated against at this dealership. I had excellent credit and the salesman, Troy G*****, and the sales manager, Sunny C******* kept trying to push me into a contract. I'm a woman and I was there with my daughter. I kept asking about the incentives I read about online. I kept asking for the APR I saw advertised. My visit to Kerry Chevrolet Service in Alexandria, Kentucky cost me dearly and people should be warned. My vehicle was still under a factory powertrain warranty when the engine very suddenly lost power and died at the side of the road. While I won’t bore you with details it was evident the head gasket was blown. Kerry Chevrolet got hung up on a replacement heater core hose and diagnosed that as the cause of engine failure even though the hose never caused the issue.
