We sold our townhouse and bought a new house through Kerry in November of 2014. Kerry did an excellent job finding a buyer for us through an open house and we were very happy with the final sale price. We really enjoyed working with Kerry. She is professional, down-to-earth, patient, and she listens to what you want and need in a home. She didn't flinch with some of my narrow requests about staircases and floor plans. In the end, we decided to build a home with a builder that Kerry found for us.
