RecommendedI went to PT somewhere else for 6 weeks. No improvement. Called Tiffany and she got me right in. About 4 weeks of therapy and I felt SO much better!! Staff are super sweet too!!
Tiffany was amazing. She was patient with my progress and gave me exercises I could easily do at home without hurting myself. She clearly explained everything as she did it. I was brave and tried needling to loosen up my tight back--scary--but it was so worth it! I would highly recommend this practice. It is peaceful, personal and cured me from my months of back pain.
Leah is AMAZING! I developed a frozen shoulder after surgery and she has me moving it AND sleeping again. I can't recommend her enough!
