Bought a used car sight unseen. Figured it would have been a mechanically sound car at least. I don't care that the key fobs don't work, tire light is on. But basics like a clutch that doesn't slip or coolant reservoir was full of oil. Figured being a decent size dealership there wouldn't have been major issues with the car
James was absolutely amazing. I sent a message ahead of time about the car that I was interested in, and he had it pulled up and ready for me. Once it got time to talk numbers, he made it very easy and got me in and out pretty quickly. Go check him out for your GMC/BUICK needs!!
Had the BEST experience with Sam Berkshire and Kerry Toyota. I was very lucky to have some of the best service possible. Finding this vehicle was a dream, picked up from the airport and helped through the paperwork process. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful along the way and I couldn’t be happier with these new wheels! Thanks everyone but especially Sam for making my dreams come true!!
I am a lifetime Ford customer who has lived all over the country. This is the absolute worst ford dealership I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. They screwed up my financing deal, didn't link a purchased warranty to my vehicle, and the service dept is the most unprofessional staff I have come across at any dealership. Unfortunately she will have to learn a hard lesson but to Jason I have one thing to say - Good salespeople deeply understand their customers’ needs and help them find solutions. Bad salespeople manipulate human psychology to close the deal. Good salespeople build deep relationships of mutual value that compound and pay dividends over long periods.
