Only felt with the parts department but the were very good. Had to order a part and they got it locally in just a couple hours.
We worked with Jaden who sold us a preowned F150. He was great to work with! He let us shop and was there to answer questions without being overbearing. The process was lengthy but smooth as car buying goes. And we are thrilled with our purchase. If you’re in the area, shop here with Jaden!
Was interested in a 2017 honda civic hatch I saw online. They called me after I submitted my contact info, we talked about the car and I scheduled a test drive for a few hours later. I get a call 10 minutes afterwards from someone else that said the car was sold the previous day. Would have been fine with me if I didn't get an email from a third person the next day saying I could come in a look at the car today? Buying a car is stressful enough without people trying to waste my time. Do better
Thank you Kerry Auto for the -new to me - Buick Enclave. Jaden, you were a delight to work with!
