Jill Houlston did an outstanding job of helping me to purchase my home in Kerrville Texas, site unseen as I was making my purchase from northern California. It was a challenging purchase in that it was a "short sale", and the bank (Penny Mac), had a number of obstacles that they insisted we meet and overcome, not the least of which were constant delays as our "purchase offer" worked through their system. Jill was great. She spent hours with us driving to various places looking for the ideal hill country ranch, often at great distances from her office, and always without complaining.
