During the outages on 6/16/19 they were genuinely concerned about getting power restored. My wife called and reported the outages and they asked if we were okay. It's a small thing for sure but it's not something you would have gotten from someone in a call center at TXU, or Reliant, or any big power company.
Our dogs got out of the yard when we were not home and unrelated to anything your staff was doing but this person saw what happened and took the time to get them back in our yard safely. We live on a busy street and really appreciate that he took the time to get them. Thanks!
