UPDATE on July 22, 2020 I guess we are going to file a lawsuit against "Service Pro Quick Lube" aka "Kerrville Lube Center" because NO ONE has called me back after several phone calls, emails, letters and text messages to the owner. Their response to their employee who quit over this type of unethical treatment of customers (this employee admitted they messed up and the owner told him "they will have to sue us".)
