DO NOT HIGHER THIS ATTORNEY! He will ruin your life and charge you money to do it. He is more concerned about collecting your check than actually preparing for the work. He has no concern about protecting you or doing a good job. Stay far away. He should be forced into retirement. I would put zero stars if I could
I begged him for text messages and medical records to prove my innocence. He pled me out as guilty telling me to keep my mouth shut and that if I said anything to make myself look innocent than president judge Findlay wouldn't take my guilty plea. I just can't believe all this I'm going back with a post-conviction Relief act to prove my innocence. I spent a year and a half in jail away from my child after my ex beat me and I went to jail because me ex would of killed me. But then I got a lawyer who did nothing to protect me ... read more
Paid 1,500 to not get ANY call backs for SEVEN days on important paper work! Ended up having to spend almost an hour on the phone with different offices to figure out where to send important time sensitive documents. What a waste. Wish I had take the time to look into other lawyers. Don’t waste your time and money! You’ll just be doing everything for yourself!
As per previous negative reviews, find a lawyer who wants to do a good job. We did, and the results from a lawyer who cares, were positive.
I paid this guy $1500 apparently just to go to court and get the case moved to trial. He left me at my trial by myself because he was "only" paid for preliminary. I could have gotten the case moved by myself. He did ABSOLUTELY nothing for my money. I feel ripped off and I am left hanging without being able to afford an attorney for my trial. Thanks Mr. Kerrigan for NOTHING
