I saw Dr. Minott on 2/20 & discussed prescription treatment. Same day I followed up with information about what my insurance plan covered. No response from her for 5 business days and that was after following up three times (twice through MyChart message, one call to clinic). The 5th biz day she sent a follow up response on MyChart with her medical opinion & asking which prescription I’d like to proceed with. I will start off by saying Dr. Minott is very kind and personable. She always has a cheery disposition and is nice during our appointments. My rating is a 1/5 because of my last two experiences. I’ve had to consult another doctor after seeing Dr. Minott to get more accurate diagnosis and prescriptions. It seems that her analysis of my symptoms leave me the same, if not worse, after my visits with little to no prescriptions / antibiotics to help.
