Dr Paul was friendly and thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. However, in looking around the exam room, the equipment had dust all over it. The area above the computer was open and didn't present a professional look. The chair i sat in had 3 tears in it. She wiped down the area I put my chin and forehead on, but given how everything else looked in the room i wasn't very confident in the cleanliness or sterilility, so when she would touch the counter or the equipment and then my eye, it gave me pause.
