While I want to write a negative review because that was my experience they did redeem themselves. I arrived at 3:55pm for a 4pm appointment. The initial exam went effortlessly, and the lady that completed it was friendly and personable. Just after that exam, she noticed that my prescription, which I had completed with them last year was not updated in my glasses. Everyone was kind and patient.
I’ve been going to Lensecrafters for 20+ years and won’t go anywhere else unless I have to, I love the quality and style of glasses and they have frames from 100$-500$, it’s easy to find something that fits your budget. The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable, there’s always a discount deal available and they have discounted frames. Would recommend!
Very nice, the virtual visit went excellent, better than I expected. I would do it again.
