Dr. Mross is a Rockstar. She's been my internist for many years. I'm a complex patient and she's gone above and beyond for my care. Submitted many forms for me promtly when requested; replies to emails promptly and thoroughly; takes everything into consideration; makes THE BEST referrals to the best specialists. I was a patient for a few years. I never felt like she addressed my concerns. Many of my medical issues were dismissed because she does not understand that clinically all diagnosis do not present the same, especially for women of color. These issues were diagnosed immediately when I switched providers.
Thee best doctor I have ever seen…she responds to messages. She’s straight to the point! She is very knowledgeable. I like her mostly because she validates her prognosis with a detailed diagnoses. I can put my faith in her!
Is very prompt and professional. Been going there for 5 years ,she is fast, but very efficient. No complaints from me.
