I listed my fathers home with Kerri Hunter. Kerri is very knowledgeable on the pricing and what we needed to do to sell the home fast. One day on the market and we had a bid higher then asking price, It was a very easy sale on my part because Kerri did all the work. All the people she uses were great and really got the sale though with out a hitch. In the future if I would want to buy or sale property I would use Kerri.

We met Kerri through a friend of mine, she immediately had me talk to a loan office to get our loan process started. The loan office that she referred us to was great. I sent a bunch of home listings to Kerri and sometimes even on the same day she was able to get appointments to show us houses. We finally settled for the house we liked and Kerri worked hard to push offers and documents through. She made a lot of phone calls and ran around a lot for us.
