Kerri was truly exceptional and we were lucky to have her! She made the buying process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. She was always available for home tours and her responsiveness was incredible. We found a house that was just listed and met her the next morning to look at it and had an offer letter ready to go. All I can say about my experience with Kerri -- PHENOMINAL!! Kerri devised a solid strategy for selling my mom's house using the private listing, staging and public listing. After 2 days on the private, we received solid interest for 4 showings, resulting in 2 offers at and over asking before even staging the house!
