Dr Bewick is really wonderful so I would give her 5 stars. The staff is also very nice. I’m deducting stars because of how the business operates. I had an urgent GI issue (complex case) and need to follow up with GI after being seen in the ER, the soonest they could get me in was with a NP/PA (I forget) in 2 months!! And Dr Bewick is booking out 5-6 months. It’s honestly ridiculous, I know the medical system is backed up but no one should have to wait this long. I am extremely disappointed in this office. My husband and I have been patients here for over two decades. They are quick to schedule you for procedures, but if you have concerns for very serious conditions, they couldn’t care less. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with Dr Kerrie Bewick, my specialist who is following my serious conditions for months. Her scheduler, Nicole, assures me she will contact me. I love Dr Bewick. She listens to your concerns and is professionally agreeable to any treatment you may want to try but will discuss pros and cons.
