I’ve been seeing Ms. Jones since I was 15 years old, I am now 23. She has always been honest with me. We have had our medical disagreements and she has never held them against me. She has helped me find birth control that works amazing and she also started me on as needed anxiety medication when we noticed it getting out of control. I wish there was a no star option! If I had read the reviews, I would have never gone to her. Ever since disclosing the fact that I have a mental health disability her attitude towards me changed drastically! She became very dismissive and down right rude! At one point, she told me to shut up as I was interupting her. The last straw was I recently needed to see a general surgeon for some hernia issues. A struggle to just get prescriptions refilled... Hard to get a hold of Kerri, she never remembers me when I see her for follow ups, not to mention she contradicts herself and just seems uneducated.

This is an awful doctor! I told her my condition and she automatically thought I wanted pain killers, she never got to the root of my condition! I had to go to an urgent care where I was diagnosed with a life threatening illness (YES, AN URGENT CARE) and rushed to the ER. I believe she thought because of my race and the “epidemics” she automatically assumed I was there for something other than getting to the bottom of my pain! The office staff are however wonderful!
