Ok so I called to set another appointment up with these guys due to the last person blowing me off as if I didn't exist. Made a 3pm apoint and was assured my time was going to be allowed to do my car....I told them I had my own oil and guess what showed up no one in the office waited a few minutes and left....what gives. Never will I ever ask to have my car serviced at any location in the state of Virginia.....lame state of you ask me....lie to you and never keep their word....
Lugnuts just came off the tires I had them put on. Luckily I was pulling into a parking lit as it happened and not on the freeway...tire came completely off.
Less then 7,000 miles ago I bought 4 new tires, with the 55,000 mile warranty from Mr. Tire. When my tire went flat a few weeks ago I brought it in, they plugged it. It happened again this week to the same tire. My front 2 tires seem more worn then the back and they told me because the the tires were not rotated at around 5,000 miles then the warranty is voided, and they said I didn’t get an alignment when I bought the tires... which I did.
