I called ahead of time and explained I was having transmission issues. He said he could take a look at it. They test drove it and confirmed the exact issue I had explained ahead of time. They ran some tests and didn’t give any new information for what I didn’t already know. They said I would need to go to another shop because they don’t do transmissions. They did not tell me this before I brought it in to be looked at and charged $136 after having it for 2 hours. I would not recommend this shop for auto repairs.
My husband and I were in the area for a wrestling tournament. We woke up to find we had a flat tire from a screw we had run over. Mr. Greg was so helpful. He is very knowledgeable and was able to get us on the road quickly. What a blessing!
Greg and his team are awesome! They've done work on our foreign and domestic vehicles. Once, while doing a different repair, they found an issue that could have been very serious if not corrected in time. For that, we're forever grateful. They're honest, thorough, fair priced, and communicate through the entire process. I highly recommend!
Friendly staff, transparent in everything they do. If they tell you there is a problem with your vehicle, they will also show you.
