This lady is now making it so that disabled workers have to walk to other parts of milton late at night to get their vehicles by saying employees can no longer park in carriage square she has no care for people’s health or safety

I hate the fact that all or carriage square has become a non smoking zone AND she has the audacity to say we can't smoke on the sidewalk which is a PUBLIC area! The employees of carriage square don't wanna spend half of their five minute break just walking OFF property just to have a seat and a cigarette! What an absolutely ridiculous mandate for her to be pushing on people!

All of the negative reviews about Lorraine Kerr are spot on. The way she speaks to property owners, to the way purposely forms misleading comments, to the way she mis handles most of not all situations, and the overall disregard and disrespect of homeowners concerns. I have spoken with many unit owners in our complex and they have told me many stories that coincide with my experience.
