Lorraine Kerr is disturbingly unprofessional, rude and unsafe. I just watched her drive around in her Audi harassing patrons at one of the properties she manages. She followed people on to the street, idled in the middle of a road (blocking traffic) and yelled at people that had just walked out of one of the businesses in Carriage Square, which her company manages. Lorraine Kerr, the owner of this management company, is personally responsible for harassing, intimidating, and threatening patrons of Carriage Square in downtown Milton. I personally witnessed her blocking traffic to do all of the above. When Ms. Kerr was not satisfied with her verbal assault she then proceeded to attempt entry into a local business to continue her tirade and campaign of intimidation and harassment. This lady is now making it so that disabled workers have to walk to other parts of milton late at night to get their vehicles by saying employees can no longer park in carriage square she has no care for people’s health or safety
