Summit Terrace, it was called when I lived there.
I would rate a zero if I could. The apartments are close to campus, but very dirty and moldy. Especially in bathroom/kitchen area. You can expect problems from the manager, Patti as well. Some days, she can be friendly and talkative, and the next, finding ways to evict you or ripping up the garden she allowed you to have. When you move in, she claims to clean the apartment, but it is not clean by any normal standards. I would not put up with living here again because of her.
