Alex did a great quick diagnosis and has determined that fan inside the unit failed. System is under warranty... parts will be ordered Monday. He also offered to install a portable A/C unit to keep at least one room cool until the part can be replaced. He also suggested signing up for the VIP program which includes two visits a year and a 10% discount on parts. Alex was extremely professional, very fast and a good communicator
Discovered one of my units was having an issue with the fan motor. Called Kerr Co. Heating and A\C to see about scheduling a service call. Spoke with Amanda, who was a pleasure to deal with and scheduled a tech to come out immediately. Alex arrived as scheduled and immediately diagnosed the issue. He kept in touch through the entire process and was friendly and personable. I highly recommend giving Kerr Co. Heating and A/C a call for any HVAC issues.
