Alex did a great job with spring maintenance on two of our AC units. He took the time to answer all our questions, was very professional and great to work with.
I may have posted this before, but I can’t say enough good about my experience. The unit he worked on is working great now here’s what I thought I had posted, Below: I had such a good expereience with both the office staff and the technician Ryan. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I got an appointment right away and he called first and was right on time. Very friendly. He understood the problem and fixed it within the hour. I thought the the price was very reasonable too. Thanks!
On time, very courteous, worked efficiently, answerd all my questions and was very patient.
Alex was great. He came out on a Saturday and fix my AC and taught me some things I didn’t know. I’ll definitely call you guys when I have AC issued
Alex was outstanding. He kept me posted on his arrival time, was extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. Luckily, it turned out to be something pretty minor, which he diagnosed and fixed very quickly. Nothing but Kerr County AC/Heating and Air for our service provider.
