Joey did a very thorough job checking the system and getting us ready for the winter months. Very polite representative of a fine business.
We put a contract on a house in Kerville, woth a short option period. Called Kerr County AC to get an AC inspection. They responded rapidly and were able to answer all our questions about the system. Very friendly too. Highly recommend.
This past Friday, while my wife and I were out of town, our daughter called to let us know the AC had stopped working. I called Kerr County AC & Heating that morning and spoke with Keyana, who was friendly, helpful, and assured me that a technician would be out later that day. True to their word, the technician arrived as promised and quickly solved the issue.
