We met and he conducted a check for location and placement of the unit then checked out the electrical location that was currently available. We recently moved to the Kerrville area and felt the HVAC in our house was not performing properly. I contacted Kerr County A/C and Alex arrived the next day exactly on time. I showed him our concerns and he immediately knew the cause and offered a couple of different options to correct the issue, explaining the pros and cons of each. This past Friday, while my wife and I were out of town, our daughter called to let us know the AC had stopped working. I called Kerr County AC & Heating that morning and spoke with Keyana, who was friendly, helpful, and assured me that a technician would be out later that day.
