This past Friday, while my wife and I were out of town, our daughter called to let us know the AC had stopped working. I called Kerr County AC & Heating that morning and spoke with Keyana, who was friendly, helpful, and assured me that a technician would be out later that day. True to their word, the technician arrived as promised and quickly solved the issue. My experience with Kerr County AC was amazing! From the first phone call to the final payment, the level of customer service was excellent! They are on time which is unusual in this industry. They are very good with communicating via email, text and phone calls. The team members were very professional and very attentive. They responded to any problems that arose very quickly and efficiently. I think more companies should operate like these folks! If you have AC and heating needs you have to call Kerr County AC!

When a local CH/AC company that we’d used for more than six years failed to follow up on our (repeated) service requests, we figured it was time to change to another firm. Fortunately, Kerr County A/C proved to be responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. Their technicians, Clint and Joey, promptly showed up for two separate matters: 1. To determine placement and provide a cost estimate for a mini-split system, 2. conduct a seasonal equipment checkup and coil cleaning of two CH/AC systems.
