Kerr Construction did such an amazing job with our kitchen remodel and was also much more knowledgeable about the basic structure of our home than a dozen other contractors that came through. I had so many other contractors come through our home and swear a wall was not load bearing and we could demo it ourselves, but upon reading I felt that wasn't right. None of the other contractors did the work to climb into the attic, but Kevin did, and confirmed my suspicions... The wall was holding up the ceiling (but not the roof). T... read more
