Hired to do a full tear off and replace. We now have had 3 leaks in 5 years. They are not honoring their contract and or warranty. They want to charge me to fix what they should’ve done in the first place that was already in the contract. Now they’re hiding behind the fact that the original owner is no longer part of the company.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Called about a repair because of water infiltration, said he could do it same day. Never asks any questions regarding the roof over the phone, like can he walk on it, etc. Then shows up, is extremely rude to the woman of the house who was home and says he can't do it because he can't walk on the roof and because I'm an architect and he doesn't like "us people." Doesn't call me, who contacted him about the work and doesn't do the repair...and has his fly unzipped the whole time. Run away ... read more
