Can't say enough great things about this place! We frequent this place because it is on the East Bank Water Front Esplanade near the west entrance to Spring Water Corridor. Also, because they cater to the disabled community. Even though they don't charge for the first hour, we give them a donation anyway. So why only four stars? Contacting the staff can be a challenge. They do have a new person (Dan) who appears to be much more dedicated, predictable, and reliable.

This place is great for adaptive biking. I reserved in advance. It took quite a bit of time to get the bike adjusted for me but it’s just that the bikes are so finicky. Great location for riding the bike path along the river.
