I'll start off with Kero HVAC is AMAZING, Kero takes pride in his work and he is very proficient and prompt. I called Kero HVAC on 8/26 @12:22 pm (Saturday) and a voicemail picked up. I rambled on about my air conditioning issue that I was experiencing upon returning home and hit send with Urgent Delivery. Kero responded promptly and gave me all pertinent information up front. He communicates well and promptly and doesn’t pressure for services. He explains the options and the pros/cons. I highly recommend his services!

I was desperate to get someone to take a look at my central air during the hottest week of the year, and Kero HVAC was able to not only schedule for later in the week, but was able to come out two days earlier because his schedule freed up. Others weren't scheduling for at least another 2 weeks up to a month later. The technician was able to diagnose the issue very quickly (low refrigerant level), explain clearly what all my options were.
