My experience with Kerns in Celina has only been through their service center. Last year they didn't top off my windshield wiper fluid during an oil change and the car ran out? Never ever happened to me before 🤣 and I took it elsewhere for the next one. I bought my Kia Optima from them last June. Took it in after RRR said I was having a transmission issue.
