After a lengthy search for an upgrade Rich and the team at Kerns assisted me in ordering exactly what I wanted! They stayed the course, sending me anything similar as vehicles arrived while I waited. Mike Kerns even continued to provide updates from the Rep. until we received notification of the build!! My Yukon Duramax checks all the boxes!! This is our family’s 4th purchase with Kerns and we can’t say enough about the service & communication they’ve provided. Thank you.

Gary was a wonderful sales person. He explained all the controls and introduced all the features. I appreciate his time in going through each feature with explicit detail! I am very satisfied with my new '26 Chevy Traverse! I will urge all my friends looking for a new Chevy to travel to Celina and talk to Gary Brookhart.
