Worst service experience ever car hasn’t been the same don’t buy from here darn sure don’t get a service car went in jus fine not cant even survive 5 days with out the battery having issues I called to see if the can help me they diagnosed over phone looking into sueing these crookes stay far away trash as service
Sent texts to make an appointment, got no where, left a voicemail, got no where. Was there Friday, 330pm, they closed early. Very disappointed in a place that came highly recommended. Haven't gotten an appointment, or a return call or text. Guessing customer service isnt high on the list. Like I said haven't had service performed and with no replies, looks like I'm headed somewhere else!

On Tuesday April 29th 2025 I dropped off my vehicle for service. Inside my vehicle was a large box containing over 60 Xbox 360 games, several 2022 editions, as well as workout DVDs and movies. When my husband went to retrieve a spare key from the vehicle, he immediately noticed that the box of games and DVDs was missing. I have to click on a star in order to post, they don't deserve the star!!!! I wouldn't refer my daughter's play car to this place!!! Took my car to get checked for engine light. They fixed EVERYTHING except what the issue was. Went around the issue after paying over $1000 and I still have to get work done that is worth that much. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR THERE!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!
