Jayden was great, very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to reach out to.
We drove an hour to get there and got there at like 5:56 near closing time. We didn't expect to be offered to a test drive at this rate but rather just look at the cars. When we got there, only 2 minutes later, an employee came out and asked if we needed anything. We said we were just looking and, unexpectedly, we were offered to drive it. Of course, since we had originally wanted to, we took that offer up. Mom plans to buy the car and we can't be thankful enough for not having to drive back up tomorrow.
I would recommend Kern's to everyone. Great sales people. Wonderful experience, so much better then the last dealership I went to for my previous vehicle. I say local, friendly neighborhood dealer is the way to go.
