I purchased a propane outdoor patio heater from Kerns Fireplaces and Spas several years ago. At the time of purchase I requested one that was still in the box but they said that they had one assembled by professionals. When I got it home the propane leaked and I asked them to fix it. They sent a man out to fix it but it wasn't fixed. I fixed it myself with a wrench on the propane line.
