We recently completed major renovations to a home we purchased in Zephyrhills. Kerns did a fantastic job!!! We had them remove walls, put new walls up, completely renovate two bathrooms and refinish wood floors. As with any major renovation, unexpected issues came up - we were kept up to date with the work and modifications required.
