I have 2012 Terrain and brought in due to oil leak on timing chain and tailgate lift not working. I was told tailgate would be $2,500.00 to repair?? and NO oil leak detected?? 2 days later smoke belt due to oil leak and I had local shop repair shop replace timing chain gasket and belt due to OIL LEAK. They charged me $150.00 to do NOTHING BUT LIE to me and liftgate repaired for $40.00! I no long will do business with them and do not recommend them to anyone.

I have purchased my last two vehicles from Kerns. They were easy to deal with and so very helpful. I’m very pleased with Kerns. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Kerns.

I would highly recommend never buying from this company, I was a first time purchaser of a car, when I initially was talking to the sales rep, he informed me that the car was going to be $13,000 and then after I signed the paperwork, they had changed the price to $15,000, also when I traded in my Jeep that my boyfriend had previously they originally told us we would get a $500 training credit after we sign the papers and everything we ran over it and realized they only gave us a $300 training credit. so not only did we have ... read more
