The same day I called inquiring about a possible repair for our washing machine, we were tended. Kindness, humor, reliability, efficiency, and effective repair ~ all spot on! This is a person who clearly values his business, works hard at both repair and kindness. All wonderful! Will utilize this company again :)!!
Maytag arranged a service call by Kern's for my Maytag dryer. No one ever showed up. I tried to call Kern's - "mailbox if full". Maytag Customer Service tried to reach them via another phone number and also got the message "mailbox is full". Apparently they don't need the business.
