Everything is great until your insurance changes. You will be expected to sit and wait until they figure it out how to process it. The verification dept tells you one thing so you wait and your therapist tells you another and you wait some more. I have been without mental health services now for a month. Was only told today that they “figured” out the issue. No apologies or concern have been given for my mental health. They knew I was not the type of client that wanted to wait a month to be seen. KCC has such an amazing and helpful team of professionals. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.
KCC has been great so far! I was able to get my daughter an appt sooner than expected with a wonderful therapist. They made everything so easy in the beginning with a super easy app to upload all info on, & insurance was verified and approved within 12hours of uploading the documents. I would recommend KCC to anyone & everyone!
