Thank you for having a kernersville assisted living location for the aging.
There was a resident there that left the building in a vehicle without signing out or staff knowing where he went. The admin puts some of her responsibilities on other management and is not willing to help with issues. I relaid some of the information to corporate and the only thing it did was put more pressure on the employee. Many residents there belong in a memory care unit or somewhere they get more assistance.
My mother has been living at Kerner Ridge Assisted Living and I have been very pleased with all aspects of this community. As soon as you walk in the door you're greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and pleasing decor. The staff is excellent- very caring and friendly. Her room is clean and comfortable and she enjoys her meals in the dining room. Each day residents can choose to participate in a variety of activities.
