There are several teasons I would not recommend renting in the Kerner Mill Townhomes community. First, there are no security alarms or security practices in place as is advertised. There have been other forms of dishonesty from the property managers as well. We signed a 13 month lease with the understanding that one month was guaranteed to be rent free. We stayed at the apartment for more than a year. The contract was signed for 13 months, from which one month was garantee to be free. When the year finished we were not notified of a contract renewal and on top of that, we found out that we were owing a month. Yes, the month that we agreed it was free. When we went back to check the contract we signed, we realized that she never gave us the signed copy of the contract, just a blank copy of any contract.
