I would give him zero stars but not allowed. Dr Kerner's bill is not fair. He charges minimum $15,000 and then up charges you for extras when he did not provide everything he charged you for. He knows he has parents in a vulnerable situation and has them by the balls. Do not be fooled he cares. Be careful he is very ingrained with the Judges. He is not for your child's best interest.
