The most dangerous part about Dr. Dana Kerner is she doesn't know math. She left me without my back medication over a holiday weekend because she doesn't know how to count 30 days on a calendar. Feb 2026 As others have shared, she is rude. Many secretaries have come and gone. She's impatient with them. One secretary has stayed and seems to be very knowledgeable. My final visit, end January 2026, she asked me how I was and she was tapping into her cell phone, so I told her I'd wait 'til she was done. As others have said, she's out to make extra money. I went to this office for my annual physical and had a very disappointing experience. I waited over 15 minutes past my appointment time, with no other patients in the office. The strong incense plugged in throughout the office made me get a headache while waiting!!!! Was such a strong toxic smell !!! She asked me if I had my blood work done and tried to give me a script for a mammogram which I already had everything done before visiting the office! Went to pick up records, leaving practice charged 40.00 to receive them. Dr Dana Kerner was rude and unprofessional. I was speaking to receptionist who i have know for years and dr never acknowledge I was speaking or that i was even there. And total interrupted not even a excuse me. In her eyes I was a ghost.

This is a great place if you want to get medication, especially Moungaro or Ozempic without any health issues she will just put down that you have blood sugar issues for $200 a month. She basically will provide anything you want However, they are at the same time the place is very unprofessional and you can’t get them mad at you because then you won’t get you Get your prescriptions. This sounds crazy, but it is 100% factual.
