Garrett’s is getting a divorce today! I’m officially in love with Kernel’s popcorn. I was seduced by the smell when I walked in & blown away after tasting the old Skool Carmel & Cheese mix. I love that it’s popped fresh & not delivered in bags. The customer service by Davin was also amazing! I’ll definitely be back. For those of you that didn’t know, now you know! #PopcornLove
Always a good experience going into kernels, an the popcorn is always fresh an excellent.
I attempted to place an order with Kernel's via their website but their website was not functioning properly and would not take my order. I attempted a second time the following day but received the same error. I subsequently messaged Kernel's via their website to make them aware of the problem and I asked them for assistance placing an order. Six days have passed and Kernel's has yet to respond. Terrible customer service.
My mom introduced me to this deliciously wonderful delight of absolutely love puff flavor corn. That had me questioning my own Palate. Since I'm used to going to Union Station for Chicago's poppin hot delicious tradition. The man in me openly welcomed the new addition to the tradition and made it the favored presence. The popcorn (as well as the other treats) are just that damn gooood!! And it's fresh and hot. Prices are extremely high. I’d pay those prices for Garretts, this isn’t that.
