The storage unit was very clean & the people I talked to were very friendly.
We had rented this storage unit from John Kerndt in Lansing, IA for many years. A few years ago we took over the unit and rent from our father/father-in-law, which John was aware of. We got along great with John and if you paid the rent on time, you received one month free. He was very easy to work with. Now that the units have been sold, the rent has gone up, the one month free has gone away, and a lot of things have gone to on-line. Not saying this is bad, just not what we were used to.
