the drivers are very rude from there , once entering on the bus they start questioning you very rudely to where the destination you need to go at..and if it’s not answered right away …or correctly …being on that route .., on what your trying to tell time on being on that route , (when they know exactly what your trying to Say to them ..) , they still chose to be rude and unfriendly on how many times you tell them and act they like they don’t or can’t hear you so you can explain yourself so many times … and after explain it s... read more
This transit is really for out of kern county residents that want to come into county and if you overly ask them about services their rude enough to hang up on you and give you a shity attitude if your from Bakersfield don't call keep looking some where else
