Maintenance takes way too long and even though it says just online and mobile you cant access the phone either. Its like they don't realize customers may need to check their accounts within those 12 hours. And then I couldnt use my card online. Lovely.
I recently opened a new account here. I went as soon as they opened and it was not busy. I was helped quickly. The new account representative was very helpful and helped me setup my online banking. I've always liked this bank way back to when it was Kern Schools. My first checking account as a young adult was opened here.
The best financial facility in town I strongly tell others about the great service I've always had there no matter what I need they are there for us.
The entire staff at the Mt Vernon brach is always friendly, professional and go out of there way to make you feel like you need to be there . Jesse
