They should hire couple of employees because whenever we come here we just been waiting in lines everytime and sometimes we have to be hurry but they guys always 2 or 1 on the counters no matter how late u are for work u still gotta be wait I don’t appreciate it that do sum about it
I'm a business member here and i'm always having to wait super long lines in the business line. The employees that take care of the business line always pull members from the regular line to not deal with business line or member service line. It's really frustrating. Waiting 30minutes for a simple transaction is ridiculous.
The ATM machine was unresponsive so I had to deposit my check in person. It was a long line of people however, all of the team members were working diligently to aid everyone in their needs. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me ,I’m sorry, but I do remember that he was very kind and very attentive to my needs. I did tell him that for some reason, the app wasn’t letting me deposit my check online and he seemed very concerned and checked it out for me.
