The ladies there are so helpful, a bit expensive, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for, I know I could go somewhere less expensive, but I wouldn’t get the excellent customer service experience.

I worked in customer service for 15 years and was appalled at the attitude I received from the clerk when I picked up my glasses and over the phone. I will never be back.
I dropped by the Gulfport location expecting to leave my ray bans. I was promptly greeted, and my glasses were fixed, cleaned, and adjusted like new in less than 10 minuses! then I was told there was no charge! any purchases I make will be from them. thank you much!
